Assuring full support for the mining company and others, the Governor pledged, “Our government is dedicated to ensuring your success, which will be our success. We are steadfast in creating a business-friendly environment, positioning Kwara as a premier destination and hub for solid minerals and mining in Nigeria.”
Highlighting the significance of local processing in line with federal government policies, AbdulRazaq commended the company’s investment direction towards solid minerals processing. He underscored the strategic advantage of the company’s proximity to the state’s Industrial Park, currently under construction, noting the mutual benefits it would yield.
Addressing the delegation, Governor AbdulRazaq emphasized, “Your safety is assured, and we eagerly anticipate fruitful engagements with your company. Moreover, we encourage you to serve as an ambassador of Kwara in China, attracting further investments to the state.”
In response, Sun Qing Rong expressed their choice of Kwara for investment due to its peaceful environment and requested government assistance in acquiring necessary legal documentation. He affirmed their commitment to creating employment opportunities for locals and boosting the state’s revenue.
