Despite juggling multiple roles, she prioritizes family while maintaining a balance between personal and professional life. Reflecting on agriculture in Nigeria, she highlighted bureaucratic hurdles in policy implementation and stressed the importance of supportive partnerships to drive positive outcomes. She advocated for inclusive participation in the agricultural value chain, particularly for women, underscoring the significance of empowering the girl child through education and training for national development. Lastly, she encouraged young women to persevere, focus on personal growth, and avoid seeking instant success.
