During a recent series of sensitization events, youth empowerment workshops, and skill acquisition programs hosted by Ambassador Princess Munachi, the Founder/CEO of Blossom Feedñation Multi-purpose Company, in OWA-ABBI -Umukwata, Ukwuani Local Government Area of Delta State, Munachi shared her vision with our reporter. She emphasized the importance of the new initiative she is spearheading, which aims to help youths in Delta State and Nigeria unlock their full potential. By participating in this program, young individuals can develop their skills, combat issues such as poverty, unemployment, health challenges, and insecurity, and ultimately contribute positively to society.
Blossom Network, founded by development expert Ambassador Princess Munachi, has a strong partnership with the Delta State Government. Established in 2002, the network has structures in all 25 Local Government Areas of Delta State, working alongside the government to promote the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), foster youth development, and contribute to the socio-cultural, political, and economic development of the state. The company, registered as Blossom Feednation Multi-purpose Company, is an extension of the network’s mission and vision, focusing on investing in the youth of Delta State to drive growth in agriculture, technology, and other industries.
During a sensitization workshop and skill acquisition program held in OWA-ABBI -Umukwata, Ukwuani Local Government Area, Ambassador Princess Munachi unveiled her new venture. The Blossom Feednation Multi-purpose Company aims to address various challenges faced by Nigerian youths, such as poverty, unemployment, health issues, and insecurity. By investing in youths, men, and women, the company offers training, graduation, and launch events for innovative products and services. These include Namur Fuel and Diesel Economizer, Namur Alkaline Stick, Biogas/Biodigester and Biofertilizer, Hydroponics Crops and Vegetables, Livestock and Organic Feeds farming, and Home Use Cosmetics and Organic Skin Care Products.
Munachi emphasized the importance of addressing the root causes of these challenges, drawing comparisons with other countries’ successes in food security and agricultural development. She highlighted the need to boost food security, health services, and the production of goods and services in Delta State, Nigeria, and the world. The UNN graduate encouraged the graduates of the skill development and acquisition program to utilize their newfound knowledge and products to create investment opportunities, promote food security, health services, creativity, self-reliance, employment, productivity, and industry expansion for sustainable development in Delta State and beyond.
